Lose Your Membership Card?
If a member loses their card, the front desk of any museum has the ability to confirm Membership (as long as you show valid I.D.) and can issue a new card for a $1 fee.
Members at the Stargazer and Visionary membership levels receive benefits from the Association of Children's Museums Reciprocal Membership and North American Reciprocal Programs.

Parking
Convenient parking is located in 2 locations - both close to the Museum. Parking at both locations is $1 per hour Monday through Friday and free on weekends and holidays.
The County Street Parking Garage located behind the Museum is equipped with Automated Pay Stations. Payment must be made BEFORE heading out to enjoy your museum visit. We recommend you pay for a minimum of 3 hours - there is a lot to do and times goes by quickly.
The Middle Street Parking Garage is located behind the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame which is across the street from the Children's Museum. Parking in this garage is pay upon exit. Both garages accept payment by cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Museum Visitation Policy
Children must be supervised at all times. You must be 18 years or older to accompany a child into the museum. Parents/ Caregivers are responsible for their children's behavior.
